Terms of Service

406Secure Tech Solutions LLC ("406Secure") provides technical services, including PC cleanup, virus removal, remote/on-site support, cybersecurity audits, mobile device help, and custom website design. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Services Provided

• On-Site Tech Support
• Remote On-Call Support
• Cybersecurity Audits
• Custom Website Design
• Mobile Device Support

We do not sell hardware, software, or resell any third-party services.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are made in-person or via Square invoice. We offer a “No Fix, No Fee” guarantee. Refunds are only issued if we cannot verify that the original issue has been resolved. Subjective claims without technical proof will not qualify for refunds.

4. Access & Authorization

You agree to provide necessary administrator credentials if required to complete repairs. We will make every effort to assist with any software-related issues to the best of our ability, without restrictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

406Secure is not responsible for any loss of data, system failure, or hardware/software issues that occur during or after service. Clients should back up important files prior to any work being performed.

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Right to Refuse or Modify Services

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and to modify or discontinue services without notice. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved under Montana law.
